What the documents look like
For multilingual work in Parcel labels and handoffs, this page examines FastGPT vector indexes. Distinguish label status, carrier collection and recipient delivery using this parcel’s event evidence. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the vector indexes step
A hypothetical label note says the label has been created while the physical parcel awaits collection. Its English counterpart retains label created and awaiting collection. Another page records collection of a previous parcel, without a scan for this one. An entry saying collected parcel must not derive carrier possession from label creation. A question about recipient delivery requires a destination event separately. Inspect label, parcel and carrier-record identities, especially where one order contains several transport objects. The exercise follows supplied text without querying live logistics or treating an earlier parcel’s state as the present tracking history.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Collection-language check | Paper event | Inspection trace |
|---|---|---|
| Label status | Created; collection pending | Separate the digital label from physical handoff. |
| Parcel identity | Current and previous parcels | Identify which object a scan covers. |
| Acting party | Carrier versus recipient | Trace received to a particular subject. |
| Location role | Dispatch versus destination | Do not infer delivery from collection. |
| Added scan | A new event for this parcel | Check identity, event time and actual citation. |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Embedding model | Knowledge bases associated with one search node must use the same embedding model. |
Original data and indexes | One original data block can have multiple indexes. |
Index content | Index wording should be complete and focused. |
Image indexes | Where image retrieval is used, inspect descriptions or image vectors. |
Version and result check | After a change, reuse questions to compare originals. |
Three common errors
- If label creation becomes physical collection in an entry, compare the note with a scan for this parcel and inspect the actual handoff evidence.
- If a previous parcel’s collection enters this parcel’s English answer, inspect transport-object and event identity. A shared order name does not merge parcels.
- If carrier collection becomes recipient delivery, inspect acting party and location role. One compressed received label cannot cover both parties.
How to verify the setup
Ask in both languages whether a label exists, who holds the physical parcel and whether the recipient has received it. List the source supporting each step. When another scan arrives, check parcel identity and event time before repeating the questions; later data entry alone does not prove a later event. Separate entries may target label and handoff questions while pointing to their respective originals. Inspect matching embedding models within the associating search node. Missing collection or delivery evidence remains missing. This exercise creates no real label, dispatches no task and promises no transport status.
