What the documents look like
For multilingual work in Franchise filing management, this page examines FastGPT vector indexes. Distinguish a filing-material inventory, a missing-item reply and an actual processing receipt. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the vector indexes step
A hypothetical franchise-material inventory records assembled agreement attachments while store information remains to be supplied. Its English counterpart preserves assembled and awaiting documents. A separate reply suggests adding a store explanation, without a submission or processing receipt for this matter. An entry changing filing materials assembled to filing accepted would promote preparation to a processing outcome. Inspect the inventory’s entity and store identity: a matching form for an older store does not establish material for a new one. No actual filing condition is listed. A document title identifies the exercise’s paper source without determining legal effect or handling status.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Filing-material translation check | Proposed record | Evidence action |
|---|---|---|
| Preparation | Agreement attachments assembled | Add no submission or acceptance. |
| Missing subject | Current store information absent | Retain store and entity identity. |
| Older attachment | Same form for another store | Inspect its actual subject. |
| Reply purpose | Suggestion to add an explanation | Do not infer fulfilled requirements. |
| Receipt | Current submission or processing evidence | Check matter, status and creation time. |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Embedding model | Knowledge bases associated with one search node must use the same embedding model. |
Original data and indexes | One original data block can have multiple indexes. |
Index content | Index wording should be complete and focused. |
Image indexes | Where image retrieval is used, inspect descriptions or image vectors. |
Version and result check | After a change, reuse questions to compare originals. |
Three common errors
- If assembled attachments become an accepted filing in an entry, compare the inventory verb with an actual receipt to locate the added stage.
- If older-store attachments answer the new store’s missing-item question, inspect entity, store and document subject. Matching form names do not establish identity.
- If a suggestion to add material becomes all requirements satisfied, inspect the reply and actual additions, retaining outstanding information and actions.
How to verify the setup
Ask in both languages which documents were assembled, which store still lacks information and whether submission or processing evidence exists for this matter. Follow each actual index target. Check entity and store when an explanation arrives, then trace the gaps it addresses. Inspect matter and status separately for a receipt; later arrival does not determine filing date. Additional language entries perform no submission or filing. Inspect matching embedding models within the associating search node. This exercise assures no filing validity and makes no handling-outcome decision.
