What the documents look like
For operations handover in B2B marketplaces, this page examines FastGPT access controls. Inspect business duties, team membership and resource operations separately during B2B handover. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the access controls step
A new handover note assigns quotation maintenance to operations and contract review to a business owner. These are duties, not preconfigured system roles. Identify actual members and the quotation, contract or settlement resources they need, then test reading and operations. A title without an account mapping cannot verify transferred rights. Inspect real grant records before treating a model’s role description as an executable ability.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Permission or implementation check | Handover object | Acceptance unit |
|---|---|---|
| Duty wording | Operations maintenance and business review | No automatic system-role mapping |
| Member and resource | Actual accounts and required source list | Inspect reading and operations individually |
| External participants | Test supplier and buyer identities separately | Participation is not internal membership |
| Denied-access test | Denied identity against settlement material | Retain visibility and resource settings |
| Grant changes | Separate new access, revocation and external sources | Record by account, resource and result |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Team roles | Inspect roles for the actual member identity. |
Resource permissions | Inspect reading, editing and management by resource. |
Document classification | Classification and tags do not replace authorization. |
External-system permissions | Verify external-interface authentication separately. |
Per-account validation | Test the same source with authorized and unauthorized accounts. |
Three common errors
- If maintenance or review responsibilities become system rights, inspect actual members and quotation or contract operations. Duties configure no grants; missing account correspondence prevents acceptance.
- If a denied external identity reads settlement, retain full response and settings. Business communication or service authentication cannot establish internal membership rights.
- If one contract fragment becomes completed transfer, inspect required settlement and external sources, then test former-access removal. Retain reads, denials and gaps instead of substituting one source for the whole task.
How to verify the setup
The design also needs new access, removal of former access and conditions for obtaining external payment or logistics sources. Test new and former identities against the same original, recording allowed, denied or unresolved results. If the receiving operator has a contract passage but no settlement evidence, retain that source gap; contract access alone does not make the whole task executable. Accept by account, resource and actual operation, recording duties separately from implemented grants.
