What the documents look like
On-demand retail fulfillment processes online orders by the minute rather than conducting periodic stock counts. Each order produces an immediate order record, a picking list, an out-of-stock report, and a delivery exception sheet. Data arrives from the on-demand retail channel backend, store inventory, and rider tracking. Handover happens between shifts, so the conversation records, session identifiers, and run details left by the previous shift become the reference for the next shift to check fulfillment status. Log entries accumulate continuously, but update frequency does not change how this page performs verification. A log entry exists means the system retained a record of that call; it does not mean reconciliation, retention, or a compliance audit has been completed.
Conversation logs separate sessions by chatId and separate individual conversations within a session by dataId. During handover, business records must be matched to the target session and target conversation; sessions created through different entry points cannot be counted together. When run details are needed, the request sets detail according to the official contract and checks module responses in responseData. Fields not returned remain unknown and cannot be presumed fully retained. Identity fields in test mode and formal calls may differ, so input, history, and returned content are checked separately. Retrieval and similarity affect recall results only and do not carry permission or entity isolation; whether retrieval libraries can be associated together depends on whether the vector model identifier is the same, and libraries with different identifiers are excluded first.
Constraints at the conversation logs step
A hypothetical drill sample: a picker at a supermarket home-delivery store, at 14:20 on June 3, 2025, initiates a conversation with a fulfillment assistant application regarding an out-of-stock substitution for Order A. The source material for verification reads: "Order A entered picking at 14:05; at 14:18 the picker reported the original item out of stock, and the substitution has not been confirmed by the store duty supervisor; at 14:20 a conversation request is made to continue processing this order." The draft handover sentence to be judged reads: "The previous shift confirmed the out-of-stock substitution for Order A, and this shift continues fulfillment under confirmed status." The comparison object is whether the draft sentence and the source material agree on the field "whether the substitution has been confirmed."
The source material states the substitution has not been confirmed. The draft sentence states it has been confirmed. These are mutually exclusive values on the same field, so the draft sentence is inconsistent with the source material and cannot serve as a handover basis. An offered option is not execution, and a pending request is not approval. The material does not state that the substitution was rejected, only that confirmation has not been obtained. Missing evidence remains missing.
Configuration and implementation checks
The table below covers the hypothetical drill sample and lists official documented settings or implementation checks relevant to this feature and primary task. Values are starting points for this hypothetical drill, used for comparison with the source material, and do not represent official default values.
| Configuration item | Hypothetical drill starting point | Reason for selection and comparison method |
|---|---|---|
| appId | The sample application's appId | Locates the target application; compare with the appId passed in the request |
| chatId | The sample session's chatId | Length under 250; retrieves session context; compare with the session identifier in business records |
| dataId | The sample conversation's dataId | Retrieves a single conversation's run details; compare with the conversation entry under review |
| detail | Set to true | When run details are needed, set per contract and check whether responseData returns module responses |
| source | Set to api | When retrieving the session list, limits the source; check whether the target session is included |
| Vector model identifier | Record the model identifier used by the retrieval library | Used only to check whether identifiers match across libraries; exclude non-matching libraries from joint association |
Three common errors
- Treating the existence of a log entry as completion of a compliance audit. Log retention, reconciliation, and compliance audits are implemented separately by the full business solution. This page addresses verification during handover only.
- Treating retrieval or a form as authorization execution. Retrieval returns results and a form collects field values; neither constitutes authorization for substitution, refund, or continued fulfillment. Authorization requires an explicit source.
- Counting sessions from different sources together. Page sessions and API-created sessions have different sources, and clearing application sessions affects only sessions created through the API Key. Handover verification must first confirm the source.
How to verify the setup
- Input the sample source material and the draft sentence, then compare the field "whether the substitution has been confirmed." The source material states confirmation has not been obtained; the draft sentence states it has been confirmed. These are mutually exclusive values on the same field, so the result is inconsistent, and the draft sentence cannot serve as a handover basis.
- Input the sample's appId, chatId, and dataId, then compare whether the returned run details correspond to this conversation. If the module responses in responseData match the sample conversation entry, verification passes. If the relevant fields are not returned, record them as unknown and do not presume retention.
- Input the sample session list request, then compare whether the returned list includes the target chatId. If the target session appears in the list, the source and identifier check passes. If the target session is not in the list, record the gap and do not conclude from this that the session does not exist.
