What the documents look like
Omnichannel transfer work moves goods between stores and warehouses. It does not run marketing outreach. The working data arrives from ERP inventory, store POS, e-commerce orders and WMS. The daily and weekly documents are transfer requests, stock snapshots, store shortage lists and transfer logistics notes. These materials update daily or weekly, and that cadence does not change how this page's feature is judged.
The conversation logs and audit step faces one recurring situation: the transfer request, the shortage list and the logistics note come from different systems, and a single transfer may appear in conversation records only as fragments. Operations handover has to decide which material a given record maps to and what state that material is in. A log entry existing means the interface produced a record. It does not mean reconciliation, retention or compliance audit is complete; those requirements belong to a full business solution.
Constraints at the conversation logs step
Conversation identity uses chatId as the thread. The target conversation and the business record are checked together through chatId, and sessions from different entry points are not pooled. When run detail is needed, detail is set according to the official contract and the fields actually returned in responseData are inspected. Business data that is not returned cannot be treated as fully retained. Test-mode and production-call identity fields may differ, so input, history and returned content are checked separately. Retrieval and forms collect values; business verification, approval, database writes and external synchronization each need their own downstream implementation, and a retrieval result is not authorization.
Hypothetical drill sample: a transfer request reads "Requesting party: one store in the East China region; object: summer-style transfer from Store A to Regional Warehouse B; quantity: 120 pieces; request date: 3 June 2025; authorization status is submitted by the store inventory keeper, the regional supply chain approval field is blank." The stock snapshot for the same batch shows Store A's available stock for that style as 80 pieces. A draft handover sentence awaiting judgment reads "The 120-piece summer-style transfer from Store A to Regional Warehouse B has been approved and can proceed to outbound." On checking, the approval field in the request is blank, and the snapshot's available stock does not match the requested quantity. The draft sentence's "has been approved" and "can proceed" both lack support in the materials.
Configuration and implementation checks
Configuration below stays with the sample and lists only settings the official documents describe, or implementation checks tied to this page's task.
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting value for this drill | Reason and comparison object |
|---|---|---|
| chatId | A non-empty string filled in for the sample session | The official text states that a non-empty value pulls the session from the database, which differs from the no-chatId messages-only approach |
| detail | Set to true | responseData module status and full results are needed, compared with detail=false returning only the final answer |
| responseChatItemId | A unique value under the sample chatId | The official text requires uniqueness under the current chatId, compared with a duplicate value |
| stream | Set to false | The sample is a paper check, compared with stream=true distinguishing results through event |
| Run-detail check fields | Inspect moduleType and runningTime in responseData | The official examples contain these fields, compared with business approval fields that are not returned |
| Session source | source=api | The official text states this value returns only API-created sessions, checked separately from page sessions |
Three common errors
- Treating a retrieval hit as authorization. In the sample, the stock snapshot shows 80 available pieces. Retrieving that snapshot does not mean the 120-piece transfer has been approved; the blank approval field remains blank.
- Pooling sessions from different sources. Under one application, page sessions and source=api sessions are different sources. Using a page session's chatId to check an API record pulls the wrong context.
- Treating module status returned by detail as business status. runningTime and moduleType in responseData describe node execution. Approval, outbound and similar business states must come from the corresponding system; when not returned, they are unknown.
How to verify the setup
- Input the sample request text and the draft sentence, then compare the draft's "has been approved" against the blank approval field in the request. If the two disagree, the draft sentence lacks support and is recorded as pending verification, not as approved.
- Input the sample snapshot's available stock of 80 pieces and the requested quantity of 120 pieces, then compare the values in the same field. If the requested quantity exceeds available stock, "can proceed to outbound" lacks basis and the evidence gap is retained.
- Input the sample chatId and responseChatItemId, then compare whether that response ID is unique under the same chatId. If it is duplicated, the official requirement calls for a replacement; if it is unique, record the actual observation from that check without claiming a live test was performed.
