Dealer ordering events: workflow routing for operations handover

Review workflow routing for operations handover in Dealer ordering events. Check sources, input boundaries, error handling and repeatable test evidence.

What the documents look like

Dealer ordering events serve offline dealer reservations and do not directly manage platform storefronts. The working materials are the ordering handbook, the ordering contract, the sample list, and the credit approval record. These materials are updated on a quarterly and annual rhythm, and this page does not derive batch synchronization or real-time mechanisms from that rhythm.

At handover, these documents determine who may view, submit, or continue processing a request. The ordering handbook and sample list describe what dealers are being asked to order. The ordering contract records what has been agreed. The credit approval record carries a status field, and that status is the point where handover requests most often go wrong.

Workflow routing connects interaction nodes, retrieval, and external business interfaces. The nodes themselves do not constitute authorization, and they do not replace approval. A form submission is a collection event. A user selection is a branch event. Neither one is an approval decision, a contract signature, or a credit grant.

Constraints at the workflow routing step

The form input node belongs to the user interaction node group. When it triggers, the conversation enters an interaction state, the workflow state is recorded, and execution continues after the user completes the interaction. After the user fills the required information and submits, the node collects the submitted form information and passes it to subsequent nodes. The user selection node also enters an interaction state, records the workflow state, and continues after the user completes the interaction. When the user makes a selection, the node evaluates that selection and executes the corresponding "yes" branch.

The documentation describes interaction state, waiting, and hidden dialog boxes as node behavior. It does not describe a corresponding control switch, a submission count limit, automatic judgment, or snapshot guarantees. Those items remain unknown and are not to be assumed.

Retrieval and similarity scores do not carry permission or entity isolation. Retrieval is not authorization. Order writes, document backfill, and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or a subsequent process. Libraries built on different vector models cannot be associated together; check the identifier first and exclude records that do not match, rather than running a cross-model retrieval to compare missed recalls. Image retrieval requires a corresponding image input and model capability. Reranking requires a model and must be enabled according to its settings.

Hypothetical paper exercise sample: the source material reads, "A brand channel department issued the Spring Ordering Handbook and the Sample List on 10 March 2025. Dealer A submitted an ordering intent on 12 March 2025. The credit approval record status is pending review." The proposed handover request reads, "Write Dealer A's credit approval result directly into the ordering contract and notify the regional dealer." The point to be judged is whether pending review equals approved.

Configuration and implementation checks

Configuration or check itemPurpose on this pageJudgment condition and notes
Form input node required fieldsCollect the fields needed for an ordering intentAfter submission, information passes to subsequent nodes; whether fields are complete is observed from the actual submission
User selection node branchDistinguish continued processing from manual review routingThe corresponding "yes" branch executes after the user makes a selection; verify branch connections one by one
Interaction state recordingExplain that the conversation enters interaction and waitsState recording is interaction node behavior; no separate global state switch is set
Output handoff checkPass collected information into a retrieval or judgment nodeCompare output against input item by item; record gaps when fields are missing
External operation divisionOrder writes, document backfill, external synchronizationA separate business interface or subsequent process is required; nodes do not perform authorization
Retrieval scope identifier checkConfirm the library and vector model identifiers matchCross-model association is not permitted; exclude non-matching records and record the observation

Three common errors

  1. Treating pending review as approved. In the sample, the credit approval record status is pending review, and the proposed handover request asks for the result to be written directly into the contract and the regional dealer notified. The input is the approval record status field. The comparison is whether "pending review" and "approved" refer to the same subject, the same period, and the same field. If the field does not state an approval result, record that the request is unsupported.
  2. Treating a form submission as an authorization execution. The form input node collects required information and passes it to subsequent nodes; it does not create approval authority. The input is the form submission record. The comparison is between the submitted fields and the authorization fields. When a submission exists and the authorization field is absent, the request cannot be judged as authorized.
  3. Treating retrieval similarity as a permission filter. Retrieval and similarity do not carry entity or permission isolation. The input is the record returned by retrieval. The comparison is between the library identifier the record belongs to and the target library identifier. When the identifiers do not match, exclude that record and record the actual observation, without inferring a missed-recall outcome.

How to verify the setup

  1. Using the sample source material and the proposed handover request, inspect the credit approval record status field. The expected observation is that "pending review" and "approved" do not appear together as mutually exclusive values for the same field. If only pending review is present, judge the request unsupported, preserve the evidence gap, and do not supply an effective clause to reach a definite answer.
  2. Using the Spring Ordering Handbook, the Sample List, and the ordering intent submission record from the sample, check whether the form input node output is passed to subsequent nodes. The expected observation is that submitted fields can be matched item by item. Missing fields are recorded as unknown, and no claim of completed testing is made.
  3. Using a paper input of [] to check the empty-result handoff design, observe whether the downstream node handles the empty input as designed. The expected observation is that the downstream node produces no business write. Do not assert that a rule-based retrieval must return [], and do not guarantee a first hit or full recall.

The materials needed for a check must be inside the target retrieval scope to which access is held, or inside a clearly identified manual input. When they are missing, record the gap. A signature, a reached cooperation, and a contract taking effect are three distinct facts. A quotation validity period does not indicate a supply period. This page addresses only the dealer ordering event category, the operations permission and handover management task, and the workflow routing feature. Which materials, operations, and requests stand in which authorization state during handover cannot be resolved by treating retrieval or a form as an authorization execution.
