What the documents look like
Customer-service knowledge maintenance sits inside e-commerce customer service and after-sales work, and it prepares question-and-answer material before any refund decision is made. The category does not approve refunds directly. Its main data sources are the customer-service system, product detail pages, after-sales issue statistics and quality-check sampling. The documents handled day to day are FAQ entries, script templates, product parameter tables and escalation tickets. The typical roles are customer-service supervisors, knowledge-base operators and product operators. Errors show up as answers that miss the question, complaints that escalate and failed customer-service training. The stated update frequency is weekly or monthly. The brief does not describe daily updates or per-order triggers, so this page does not infer batch synchronization or real-time transaction triggers from it.
For operations permission and handover management, the central objects are the authorization boundary around document states and operation requests. When FAQ entries, script templates, product parameter tables and escalation tickets move between shifts, each item needs to be distinguished: which materials are still awaiting review, which operations have been authorized, and which requests have only been raised. A retrieval action or a form collection action does not by itself constitute authorized execution.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
The Form Input node is a user-interaction node. When it is triggered, the conversation enters an interaction state, the workflow state is recorded, and execution continues after the user completes the interaction. The User Selection node behaves the same way at the interaction level, and after the user makes a choice it executes the corresponding "yes" branch. Both nodes can be added repeatedly and they trigger execution. The recording of interaction state is existing node behavior; no separate global state-recording switch is documented. After submission, the collected information is passed to subsequent nodes, and it must be made explicit whether it goes to a retrieval, judgment or interface node, with output compared against input item by item. Order writes, document backfill and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or a later flow.
Hypothetical paper exercise: a knowledge-base operator submits a handover request. The source material reads: "FAQ entry A-017 is currently in awaiting-review status and is proposed for handover to the next shift for continued maintenance; script template T-004 has been signed and confirmed by the customer-service supervisor, with an effective date of 10 March 2025; product parameter table P-009 is at draft stage and has not been submitted for review." The sentence to be judged is: "A-017 has been authorized for external publication." This exercise is used to check authorization status and does not involve a real customer or a legitimate identity number.
Configuration and implementation checks
The configuration below is tied to that exercise and lists only settings already described in the official documentation or implementation checks. The values are starting points for this hypothetical trial, not official defaults.
| Configuration item | Hypothetical trial starting point | Reason and comparison method |
|---|---|---|
| Form Input node | Enabled, collecting the required fields of the handover request | The documentation states that triggering enters the interaction state and collects required information, matching the "submit handover request" action in the exercise |
| User Selection node | Enabled, with a "yes" branch configured | The documentation states that the corresponding "yes" branch runs after the user makes a choice, used here to separate authorization from awaiting review |
| Interaction-state check | Check the state record node by node | The documentation states that interaction nodes record workflow state and no separate global switch is documented, compared against the awaiting-review status in the exercise |
| Output hand-off check | Compare input and output item by item | The documentation states that collected information is passed to subsequent nodes, checking whether the A-017 status is carried through correctly |
| External action split | Marked as requiring a separate business interface | The documentation states that order writes, document backfill and external status synchronization require a separate interface; the publication action in the exercise belongs in this column |
Three common errors
- Treating awaiting-review status as authorization. In the exercise, A-017 is in awaiting-review status. If a draft sentence says it "has been authorized for external publication," the input is the awaiting-review record, the comparison object is the conditions required for authorized publication, and the observable result is that the two do not match. Awaiting review does not show that operation permission is absent, and it does not equal authorization.
- Merging signed confirmation and effective publication into one fact. In the exercise, T-004 has been signed and confirmed by the customer-service supervisor and carries an effective date. Signing, reaching agreement and contract effectiveness are three distinct facts. If a draft sentence treats signing as directly equivalent to permission to publish externally, the input is the signing record, the comparison object is the publication authorization field, and the observable result is that the publication authorization field is not stated.
- Treating a draft-stage parameter table as already submitted for review. In the exercise, P-009 is at draft stage and has not been submitted for review. If the handover request says "P-009 has entered the review process," the input is the draft-stage record, the comparison object is the review submission record, and the observable result is that the review submission record is missing. A field that is not stated, or evidence that covers only a related stage, is described as unsupported or pending verification.
How to verify the setup
- For the A-017 awaiting-review record in the exercise and the draft sentence "A-017 has been authorized for external publication," the input is the status field in the source material, the comparison object is the conditions required for authorized publication, and the observable result is that the status field does not match those conditions, so the judgment is unsupported. This is an expected judgment, not a claim that a test was run.
- For the T-004 signing record and effective date in the exercise, the input is the signing field and the effective-date field, the comparison object is the publication authorization field, and the observable result is that the publication authorization field is not stated, so the judgment is pending verification. A contradiction can be found only with the same subject, the same period and the same field.
- For the P-009 draft status in the exercise and the handover request "has entered the review process," the input is the draft-stage record, the comparison object is the review submission record, and the observable result is that the review submission record is missing, so the judgment is unsupported. A retrieval check should describe the observation and the failure branch, without guaranteeing a first-hit match or full recall. For an empty-result hand-off, a clearly written paper input of [] can be used to check the downstream design, without claiming that a fictional rule retrieval must return []. Libraries built on different vector models cannot be associated together; check the identifier first and exclude those that do not match.
