What the documents look like
Cold-chain receiving at a store turns on four primary materials: cold-chain temperature records, arrival acceptance sheets, rejection sheets, and supplier delivery notes. Data arrives from vehicle temperature control, WMS, the store receiving system, and quality-inspection photographs. Compared with fruit procurement, cold-chain receiving tracks transport temperature and arrival batch, and origin price inquiry sits outside this step. Errors here can lead to spoiled ingredients, supplier disputes, and regulatory penalties, so conversation logs and audit material need to reconstruct the operating subject, time, and material state for each batch. Records update per batch and per day. When the daily update cadence and the batch boundary both matter, a handover point has to be checked against both.
Operations permissions and handover management involve session identity, run detail, field meaning, and the distinction between debug and production calls. Session identity is checked by combining the chatId with the business record, and sessions from different entry points are not pooled. When run detail is needed, the official contract sets detail, and the module responses inside responseData are inspected. The fields actually returned by the log and interface determine which business data can be reconciled; business data not returned cannot be assumed to be fully retained. Identity fields in a test mode can differ from a production call, so input, history, and returned content are checked separately. In the audit division of labor, reconciliation, retention, and compliance requirements are carried out by a complete business plan, and the existence of a log does not equal completion of a compliance audit. Retrieval or a form collecting values, business verification, approval, database writes, and external synchronization each require their own downstream implementation.
Hypothetical drill sample: in a store receiving group handover record, the material text reads "the cold-chain temperature record for batch A on 10 March 2025 shows a transport temperature of 4.2 degrees Celsius, the arrival acceptance sheet is signed by receiving clerk A, and the rejection sheet states two sampled items failed inspection." One handover request awaiting determination reads "transfer the acceptance operation permission for this batch from receiving clerk A to receiving clerk B, and confirm that B can view the conversation log for this batch." The subjects are receiving clerks A and B, the object is the acceptance operation and conversation log for batch A, the state is pending transfer, and the effective scope is limited to this batch. Whether authorization has been granted, and whether B holds permission for the target application and session, are unstated matters that require separate checking.
Constraints at the conversation logs step
The sample above fixes the subject, object, state, and scope, and the constraints follow from those facts rather than from a general catalog. Session identity has to point at the same batch as the business record; a chatId that matches while the batch number differs does not support merging the two. Run detail is requested through the documented detail setting, and the module responses inside responseData are the fields available for reconciliation. Fields that do not appear in the returned responseData are recorded as not returned, and their retention cannot be assumed. The response message ID has to be unique under the current chatId, because that uniqueness is what lets the response message be located. Identity proxying requires the team owner to enable it when creating or editing the key, and the proxied identity still needs permission for the target application and session. Conversation source selects API-created sessions and does not include sessions on the page. Feedback reading is a separate switch that depends on whether custom feedback actually needs to be read.
Configuration and implementation checks
The table below lists documented settings or implementation checks tied to this feature and this task, using the sample above. The hypothetical starting values are for the drill only and are not official defaults.
| Configuration item | Hypothetical drill starting value | Check method and reason |
|---|---|---|
| Session identity chatId | The unique session ID for the sample batch | Check whether the target conversation and the business record point to the same batch, so sessions from different entry points are not pooled |
| Run detail detail | Set to true | When intermediate values are needed, set it per the official contract and inspect the module responses inside responseData |
| Response message ID responseChatItemId | Unique under the current chatId | The official requirement is uniqueness under the same chatId, used to locate the response message of this conversation |
| Identity proxy authProxy | Enabled by the team owner when creating or editing the key | The proxied identity still needs permission for the target application and session; the enabled state is checked |
| Conversation source source | The sample value is api | Retrieves sessions created through the API and does not include sessions on the page |
| Feedback reading loadCustomFeedbacks | Hypothetical drill starting value is true | Used to read custom feedback; whether to enable it depends on the actual reconciliation need |
Three common errors
- Treating a matching chatId as a matching business record. The input is the sample batch chatId and the acceptance sheet batch number; the comparison is whether the two point to the same object; when they differ, the two cannot be merged for calculation.
- Treating responseData returned under detail as the whole of the business data. The input is the fields actually returned by the interface; the comparison is whether the acceptance sheet and rejection sheet appear in the return; when they do not appear, the result is recorded as not returned, and full retention cannot be assumed.
- Treating a pending transfer request as an authorized execution. The input is the handover request text; the comparison is whether an authorizing subject, an effective condition, and target application permission are stated; when they are not stated, the state remains pending verification.
How to verify the setup
- Using the sample text "the cold-chain temperature record for batch A on 10 March 2025 shows a transport temperature of 4.2 degrees Celsius, the arrival acceptance sheet is signed by receiving clerk A, and the rejection sheet states two sampled items failed inspection," input the chatId and the batch number, compare whether the two point to the same object, and treat a match as satisfying the reconciliation condition.
- Using the sample handover request "transfer the acceptance operation permission for this batch from receiving clerk A to receiving clerk B, and confirm that B can view the conversation log for this batch," input the request text and the authorization record, compare whether an authorizing subject, an effective condition, and target application permission are stated, and record the result as not supported when they are not stated.
- Using a response with detail=true, input responseData, compare whether the acceptance sheet and rejection sheet fields appear in it, treat their appearance as satisfying the reconciliation condition, and record the result as not returned when they do not appear, without assuming full retention.
