What the documents look like
Livestream violation appeals address penalties that have already been issued. The working materials are the violation notice, the livestream recording, the product qualification file, and the appeal statement. A violation notice typically states the penalized subject, the violation type, and the effective status. A livestream recording corresponds to a specific time segment. A product qualification file shows the correspondence between the product and the claim made on stream. The appeal statement is drafted by operations or legal staff. Materials are produced irregularly, and each violation generates its own batch.
In operations handover, the status differences among these materials directly affect how a workflow is routed. The same recording may be pending location, located, or clipped. The same appeal statement may be a draft, pending review, or submitted. Handover requires checking each of these states item by item. The existence of a material does not mean the material is usable.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
The form input node enters an interaction state when triggered, collects required information, and passes that information to later nodes after submission. The user selection node executes the corresponding "yes" branch after the user makes a choice. Both nodes record workflow state and continue downward once the user completes interaction. These are existing node behaviors.
The constraint is that these nodes collect form values and selection results; they do not perform permission checks. The authorization status, material ownership, and operating boundary involved in an operations handover request must be verified manually or through a separately connected business interface. Retrieval relevance does not constitute a permission or entity filter, and retrieval itself does not constitute authorization. External actions such as order writes, document backfill, and external status synchronization require a separately connected business interface or a downstream process.
Hypothetical exercise sample: the material source text reads, "Violation notice number H-2024-017, penalized subject is Store A livestream room, violation type is improper efficacy claim, status is effective. Recording file L-2024-017 corresponds to the segment from 20:00 to 20:15 on 12 March 2024, status is located. Product qualification file Q-2024-017 corresponds to product batch B-0312, status is uploaded." The draft sentence to be assessed is, "Operator A hands the above three materials to Operator B and requests that the appeal be submitted in Operator B's name." This request concerns submission authority. The material source text does not state whether Operator B holds submission authority, so it must be recorded as pending verification.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Setting or check relevant to this page | How to check |
|---|---|---|
| Form input node | Collects required fields for handover, passes values after submission | Compare fields against downstream node inputs |
| User selection node | Executes the "yes" branch based on the selection result | Verify branch connections one by one |
| Interaction state | Node enters and records interaction state when triggered | Observe whether the conversation enters interaction state |
| Output handoff | Collected information is explicitly passed to a later retrieval or decision node | Compare each output against its input |
| External action division | Actions such as appeal submission connect to a separate business interface | Check whether the interface exists and its authorization scope |
| Retrieval scope check | Confirm materials sit within a target retrieval scope the operator may access | Record missing items as evidence gaps |
Hypothetical trial starting point: set the form required fields to three items, namely violation notice number, material status, and requested action. This starting point is chosen because the sample materials happen to contain three kinds of checkable information, which makes item-by-item comparison with downstream node inputs possible. This starting point is a setting for this hypothetical trial and is not an official default value.
Three common errors
- Treating form submission as completed authorization. The form input node collects required information and passes values; the act of submission does not constitute authorization to submit an appeal. In the sample, Operator B's submission authority is not stated and must be recorded as pending verification.
- Treating a retrieval hit as a permission filter. Relevance does not perform entity isolation. Retrieving a material does not mean the operator has the right to act on that material. Material ownership and operating scope must be checked.
- Treating a pending-review status as effective. In the sample, the material statuses are uploaded and located, and no appeal statement appears. Pending review does not demonstrate a lack of operating authority, and it does not equal submitted.
How to verify the setup
- Input the sample material source text and the draft sentence. Compare the submission request in the draft sentence against the authorization status stated in the material source text. The material source text does not state Operator B's submission authority. The expected result is a record of pending verification, with no judgment of authorized or denied.
- Input the numbers and statuses of the three materials in the sample. Compare the form field collected values against the downstream node input values. The expected result is that the three fields correspond item by item; if a field is missing, record the gap.
- Input the time segment of recording file L-2024-017 and violation notice number H-2024-017 from the sample. Compare whether the two point to the same violation event. The expected result is a consistent number correspondence; if they do not correspond, record it as pending verification rather than as a contradiction.
