What the documents look like
Overseas warehouse replenishment work draws on warehouse management systems, ERP sales forecasts, freight forwarder systems and carrier bills, with weekly and daily update rhythms. A third-party overseas warehouse can serve several sales channels at once, and the seller allocates stock across those channels. The documents handled day to day include replenishment plans, warehouse inbound appointments, inventory ageing tables and last-mile delivery notes. For operations handover, the objects being transferred are specific materials and operation requests. Each material carries a subject, a counterparty, a status and a validity range. A form collects values; it does not grant authority.
Constraints at the interactive forms step
The Form Input node is a user interaction node. When it triggers, the conversation enters an interaction state, the workflow state is recorded, and execution waits until the user completes the interaction. After the user submits the required information, the node collects the values and passes them to later nodes. The node does not include a business database function. The User Selection node is also a user interaction node. It enters the interaction state, records the workflow state and waits; when the user makes a choice, the node evaluates that choice and executes the corresponding branch. It does not act as a personnel directory or a business data selector. Field validation, business approval, write-back and bulk operations are implemented in external systems or later nodes as needed. Retrieval and similarity scores do not carry permission or entity isolation.
A pending review request does not mean that operating authority is absent. Signing, reaching cooperation and contract effectiveness are three distinct facts. A quotation validity period does not state a supply period.
Hypothetical drill sample. The source text for checking consists of three sentences. "Replenishment plan number BP-0715, subject Seller A, counterparty Warehouse B, status pending review, validity range 15 July 2025 to 31 July 2025." "Inbound appointment number AS-0720, subject Warehouse B, counterparty Seller A, status submitted, validity range 20 July 2025." "Last-mile delivery note number DS-0722, subject Seller A, counterparty Carrier C, status draft, validity range 22 July 2025." The draft sentence to be assessed is: "Seller A has handed over the stock allocation authority for replenishment plan BP-0715 to the Warehouse B operations team, and Warehouse B may submit the inbound appointment on its behalf." This draft sentence must be compared item by item against the source text above for subject, counterparty, status and validity range.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Relevant setting or check on this page | Relation to the sample |
|---|---|---|
| Form Input node | Enters the interaction state on trigger, waits for completion and submission | Collects the material number and status in the handover request |
| Required information check | Lists the subject, counterparty, status and validity range that this task cannot omit | Checks whether all four elements are present for BP-0715, AS-0720 and DS-0722 |
| User Selection node | Executes a branch based on the choice; does not serve as a personnel directory | Separates the "continue checking" path from the "return for completion" path |
| Interaction state | Records the workflow state and waits for the interaction to finish | Stays in waiting before the draft sentence is assessed; does not advance automatically |
| Downstream division of work | Approval, write-back and bulk operations are implemented in external systems or later nodes | The draft sentence concerns authority handover, so external approval is required |
| Hypothetical trial starting point for this page | Set the draft-sentence decision threshold to "advance only when all four elements match"; the reason is that the source text carries all four elements, and the comparison object is the field-by-field result | This starting point is hypothetical and is not an official default value |
Three common errors
- Treating retrieval or form submission as authorized execution. Error symptom: the draft sentence states that Seller A has handed over stock allocation authority to Warehouse B, while the source text shows only that BP-0715 is pending review. Check: input the draft sentence and the BP-0715 source text, compare "handed over" with "pending review", and observe whether the two share the same subject, the same period and the same field with mutually exclusive values.
- Reading a pending-review status as missing operating authority. Error symptom: concluding from BP-0715 pending review that Seller A holds no allocation authority. Check: input the BP-0715 source text, compare "pending review" with "missing authority", and observe whether the source text states a permission field at all; if it does not, record the claim as unsupported.
- Merging distinct facts. Error symptom: concluding from AS-0720 submitted that the inbound appointment has taken effect. Check: input the AS-0720 source text, compare "submitted" with "effective", and observe whether the source text contains an effectiveness clause; if it is absent, keep the evidence gap open.
How to verify the setup
- Input the draft sentence and the BP-0715 source text, and compare subject, counterparty, status and validity range. Expected observation: when any one of the four items does not match, the claim is recorded as unsupported and the workflow does not advance to the next node.
- Input the DS-0722 source text and compare "draft" with "dispatched". Expected observation: the source status is draft; if the draft sentence claims dispatch, the claim is recorded as unsupported.
- Input the paper input
[]for the empty-result handover and check the downstream design. Expected observation: when the downstream node receives an empty list, it stays in waiting or prompts for completion and does not generate a handover conclusion on its own.
These checks use the hypothetical source text given above. They describe expected observations and do not report that any test, approval, handover or deployment has actually occurred.
