What the documents look like
Short-video affiliate sales relies on long-term content exposure and product-link conversion rather than live explanation. The working records for this category include short-video scripts, linked-product lists, commission plans and violation feedback. Data arrives from the selected alliance, short-video playback metrics, product transaction data and platform rules, and the typical roles are content operations, creator business development and product distribution specialists.
For conversation logs and audit, three characteristics shape the work. A conversation is identified by chatId, so sessions created through different entry points under the same application cannot be counted as one. Runtime detail requires the documented interface contract: set detail and inspect responseData. The fields the interface actually returns determine what a log can be checked against, and business data that is not returned cannot be assumed to be fully retained. The existence of a log does not by itself complete a compliance audit; reconciliation, retention and compliance requirements are handled by a broader business plan.
Constraints at the conversation logs step
During operations handover, conversation, dialogue and runtime detail sit at different levels. chatId identifies one conversation, dataId identifies one dialogue under that conversation, and appId identifies the application. A conversation list with source=api covers only conversations created through the API; conversations on the page are not included. When detail=true, the response contains responseData, whose module fields such as moduleName, moduleType, tokens and quoteList can be checked. When detail=false, these intermediate values are not returned. Using authProxy to act for a team member requires the team owner to enable authProxy when creating or editing the key, and the acting identity still needs permission for the target application and conversation. Retrieval and similarity do not carry permission or entity isolation duties.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample. A content operator on a short-video affiliate sales team writes in a handover checklist: "The creator business development colleague has given the March linked-product list and commission plan to the product distribution specialist, and conversation logs are archived by chatId; the handover is complete." The sentence to be judged is: "This handover has obtained operations authorization and been executed." The source material records only a material transfer and an archiving method. It states no authorization scope, no effective time and no execution confirmation, so the sentence to be judged is not supported and the authorization status remains to be verified.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Purpose on this page | How to check |
|---|---|---|
| appId | Locate the target application and separate applications under one key | Pass appId in the request body, or use Authorization: Bearer apiKey-appId |
| chatId | Locate the conversation; length under 250 and uniqueness ensured by the caller | Compare item by item with the conversation identifier in the business record |
| dataId | Locate one dialogue under the conversation | Read it through the dialogue-list interface, then compare |
| detail | Decide whether intermediate values are returned | Set true when runtime detail is needed, then inspect responseData |
| source | Restrict the conversation source | With source=api, only API-created conversations are returned |
| loadCustomFeedbacks | Control whether custom feedback is read | Pass as needed, then check the returned customFeedbacks |
Hypothetical starting values for this exercise: detail is set to true because module fields in responseData need to be checked; source is set to api because the handover scope is limited to API-created conversations. These two values are starting points for this exercise, not official defaults, and must be compared item by item against the conditions stated in the official documentation before being confirmed.
Three common errors
- Treating a material transfer as completed authorization. In the sample, "has given to the product distribution specialist" records only a transfer action and states no authorization scope or effective time. Judging that the handover has obtained authorization is not supported.
- Using similarity or retrieval results in place of a permission decision. A score in quoteList reflects relevance only and does not act as an entity or permission filter, so it cannot be used to decide that a record belongs to a particular operator.
- Treating a detail=false response as a complete log. With detail=false, responseData is not returned and module-level fields such as tokens and quoteList are absent. Claiming complete log retention on that basis lacks a foundation.
How to verify the setup
- Input the handover checklist text from the sample and the sentence to be judged. Compare whether "has given" and "has obtained authorization" share the same subject, the same period and the same field. The judgment condition is met only when a record appears with an explicit authorization scope and effective time.
- Input the chatId from the sample and the conversation identifier in the business record. Compare whether the two match item by item. The archive check condition is met only when every item matches and the scope is covered by source=api.
- Input a request with detail=true and the returned responseData. Compare whether the module's moduleName and moduleType correspond to the expected node. The runtime detail check condition is met only when the fields actually appear and are readable. All three are paper expectations and no test was actually executed.
This page covers only short-video affiliate sales operations / operations authorization and handover management / conversation logs and audit. It addresses which materials, actions and requests sit in which authorization state during handover, and it does not treat retrieval or a form as authorization execution.
