Group-buy leader operations: citation tracing for operations handover

Review citation tracing for operations handover in Group-buy leader operations. Check input mappings, source evidence and failure handling before use.

What the documents look like

Community group-buy leader operations revolve around community nodes and commission, and the role does not directly perform cold-chain quality inspection. The main data comes from the group-buy back office, leader community groups, order details and after-sales records. Daily documents include leader agreements, commission tables, pickup lists and community announcements. Recruiting leaders, checking pickup and handling neighbourhood after-sales are the three most time-consuming stages. The update rhythm is daily or per group, which means that during a handover, citing an old commission table or an old announcement can treat an expired rate or pickup arrangement as the current basis. Citation tracing addresses one question: for a given handover conclusion, which material, which version and which state does it rest on.

A leader agreement records the scope of what a leader may view or do. A commission table records rates for a stated period. A community announcement records a notice issued on a stated date. These documents differ in subject, object, effective range and state, and a handover draft can combine them incorrectly even when each document is individually genuine.

Constraints at the citation tracing step

The knowledge base search node can select one or more knowledge bases that share the same vector model as the retrieval scope. Its output is a citation content array, and the length may be zero; an empty array still lets the output path run through. After retrieval results are passed to the answering stage, the answer and the cited source text need to be checked item by item. Semantic recall and relevance scores reflect content similarity only and do not carry permission, subject or entity isolation; retrieval itself does not constitute authorization. The same-vector-model requirement applies only to knowledge base association and cannot be extended to other external systems.

Hybrid retrieval merges multiple result paths through RRF, and reranking requires a model and must be enabled according to settings; neither means that every request executes all paths. Image retrieval requires a corresponding image input and model capability. A pending review state does not demonstrate the absence of an operating permission, and signing, reaching cooperation and contract effectiveness are three distinct facts.

Hypothetical drill sample: the source text is "Leader Agreement (No. T-0417), Clause 3: the leader may view the order details of this group, and the commission rate follows the current commission table. Current Commission Table (version 2024-06) states that the commission rate for a Class A group is 8%. Community Announcement (2024-06-20) notifies that the pickup time for Class A groups is adjusted to every Wednesday." The draft sentence to be assessed is "The leader may modify this group's commission rate on their own and pick up goods at the time adjusted by the announcement." The comparison objects are Clause 3 of the agreement, the commission table version and the announcement date. The question is whether the draft sentence is supported by the source text.

Configuration and implementation checks

Configuration or check itemHypothetical starting point for this trialReason for the choice and comparison object
Associated knowledge basesSelect the knowledge base holding the leader agreement and the commission tableThe same vector model is required for joint association; check the identifier first
Citation upper limitStart at a level intended to cover one agreement plus one commission tableCompare with the actual length of a single material; this is not an official default
Minimum relevanceStart at a middle value and observe the recall scopeCompare with the recall completeness needed for checking the draft sentence
Citation content outputAccept the citation array, including the zero-length caseCompare with the input design of the downstream answering stage
Material version checkUse the 2024-06 commission table and the 2024-06-20 announcement as the basisCompare with historical versions to confirm whether they remain effective
Manual check actionCompare the answer with the cited source text item by itemCompare subject, object and state field by field against the draft sentence

Three common errors

  1. Treating a retrieval hit as an authorization basis. The input is the draft sentence and the cited source text; the comparison is whether the source text states a permission to modify the rate; the observable result is that the source text only says the leader may view this group's order details and does not state a modification permission, so the draft sentence is not supported. A pending review state does not demonstrate the absence of an operating permission and can only be recorded as pending verification.
  2. Mixing commission tables of different versions. The input is version 2024-06 and a historical version; the comparison is the rate value in the same field; the observable result is that the two versions differ, so the current version is the basis and the old version cannot be used to derive the current rate.
  3. Treating an empty citation array as a process interruption. The input is the explicit paper input []; the comparison is whether the downstream design accepts a zero-length output; the observable result is that the path runs through, and this cannot be used to assert that retrieval necessarily returns empty or necessarily reports an error.

How to verify the setup

  1. Input Clause 3 of the agreement in the hypothetical sample and the draft sentence. Compare whether the draft sentence exceeds the viewing permission stated in the source text. The observable result is that the draft sentence contains a modification permission not stated in the source text, and it is judged unsupported.
  2. Input commission table version 2024-06 and a historical version. Compare the same rate field. The observable result is that the values differ between versions, confirming the current version as the checking basis and the historical version only as a contrast.
  3. Input the explicit paper input [] and the downstream design. Compare whether a zero-length citation is accepted. The observable result is that the output path runs through; whether retrieval hits and whether all items are recalled remain unknown and are not guaranteed.

The checks observe and record; they do not claim that a first hit is guaranteed, that all items are recalled, or that an unrelated query necessarily returns empty. Where a material is not stated or only shows a related stage, the result is recorded as unsupported or pending verification, and the evidence gap is kept open.
