What the documents look like
Community group-buy leader operations manage community nodes and commission. The work does not include cold-chain quality inspection. Everyday materials include leader agreements, commission tables, pickup lists and community announcements. These records update daily and per group. They also carry permission information: who may view commission details, who may start a pickup reconciliation, who may publish a community announcement. At the deployment and upgrade step, the field structure of leader agreements and commission tables, the ownership scope of pickup lists and the publishing subject of community announcements can change between versions. The materials record arrangements and results only. They do not record system authorization state, so a handover review has to treat document content and system configuration as separate objects.
A signed leader agreement, a reached cooperation and an effective contract are three different facts. A pending request is not an approval. An offered option is not an execution. An unsigned termination is not a completed termination. Retrieval results and collected form values do not constitute authorization or execution.
Constraints at the upgrades step
Before an upgrade, check the current version, the target version and the matching upgrade notes. Do not infer current behavior from an old configuration name. App and Admin must both set AIPROXY_API_ENDPOINT and a non-empty AIPROXY_API_TOKEN; a missing item causes startup validation to fail. FILE_TOKEN_KEY, AES256_SECRET_KEY and INVOKE_TOKEN_SECRET are required at runtime. From 4.15.0 the open-source edition no longer reads config.json; an old volume mount must be removed and the settings moved to environment variables. The upgrade scripts 20261008_migrate_chunk_training and 20261009_migrate_dataset_rebuild_status are manually triggered and do not block service startup. Run 20261008_migrate_chunk_training after all old-version FastGPT App and Pro instances have fully stopped and old task leases have expired; 20261009_migrate_dataset_rebuild_status depends on the first having completed. The second script depends on the first having completed. PRO_TOKEN is required when App is configured with PRO_URL, and the two sides must match.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample: the source material reads, "Leader A and the platform signed a leader agreement on 1 March 2026, agreeing that A is responsible for pickup point A in Community A, that commission is settled against the pickup list, and that the agreement is valid until 31 December 2026." A proposed copy sentence reads, "Leader A has obtained commission settlement permission for pickup point A in Community A and may publish community announcements independently." A pending request reads, "Please enable community announcement publishing permission for Leader A." The source states the agreement signing and the pickup point ownership. It does not state that system permission has been enabled, and it does not state who owns announcement publishing permission. The proposed sentence treats the agreement signing as permission activation and adds an announcement permission the source does not mention. The request sits in a pending review state. That state does not show an absence of operating permission and does not constitute an approval.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting value | Reason and comparison method |
|---|---|---|
AIPROXY_API_ENDPOINT | Hypothetical starting value http://aiproxy:3000 | Official example gives a root address; compare whether a /v1 suffix or a chat endpoint path has been appended |
AIPROXY_API_TOKEN | Hypothetical starting value empty, to be filled | Must be non-empty and match the server side; compare the App and Admin values |
FILE_TOKEN_KEY | Hypothetical starting value a random strong key | Length at least 6 characters; compare against the example value |
AES256_SECRET_KEY | Hypothetical starting value a random strong key | Length at least 6 characters; compare against the example value |
INVOKE_TOKEN_SECRET | Hypothetical starting value a random strong key | Length at least 32 characters; compare against the example value |
PRO_TOKEN | Hypothetical starting value empty, to be filled | Required when App sets PRO_URL; compare whether both sides match |
These are implementation checks and hypothetical starting values, not official defaults. The table ties to this page's documents: leader agreements, commission tables, pickup lists and community announcements, together with the deployment settings that govern whether those materials can be read and handed over after an upgrade.
Three common errors
- Treating a signed leader agreement as an activated system permission. Input: the agreement source text and the proposed copy sentence. Compare whether the source states a permission activation field. Observable result: the source does not state that field, and the proposed sentence goes beyond the source scope.
- Writing a pending permission request as approved. Input: the pending request. Compare the request state with an approval state. Observable result: the request remains in pending review and no approval evidence is present.
- Inferring current environment-variable behavior from an old
config.jsonfield. Input: the old field name. Compare it with the mapping in the official upgrade notes. Observable result: the old field is no longer read and must be reconfigured as an environment variable.
How to verify the setup
- Input the agreement source text and the proposed copy sentence from the hypothetical sample. Compare whether the proposed sentence adds permission content the source does not state. If the proposed sentence contains wording such as "has obtained" or "may independently" that goes beyond the source, record it as outside the source scope.
- Input the pending request. Compare the request state with an approval state. If the request remains in pending review and no approval record exists, record it as unsupported and keep the evidence gap open.
- Input the old
config.jsonfield and the current environment-variable configuration. Compare the two against the mapping in the upgrade notes. If the old field is still mounted and has not been changed to an environment variable, record it as requiring adjustment under the upgrade notes.
These checks describe expected observations. They do not claim that any test, deployment, approval or refund has taken place. Where a document field is not provided, the value remains unknown.
