What the documents look like
Rebate calculation happens after sales, and its core concerns are policy interpretation and financial treatment. The main data sources are ERP sales records, dealer remittances, the contract ledger, and the finance system. The documents handled day to day include rebate policies, volume achievement tables, reconciliation statements, and red-letter invoices. The supplied material gives monthly and quarterly update frequencies; this page does not derive batch synchronization or transaction-triggered mechanisms from those frequencies. These characteristics determine what the forms must collect: the fields that support policy version, achievement basis, return deduction, and invoice offset. Once collection finishes, validation, approval, and write-back still require external systems.
The operational handover question sits on top of this document set. A handover request may propose moving rebate calculation authority between roles, but the request itself is a draft artifact. The materials that establish whether authority exists are separate records: policy excerpts, signed authorization records, reconciliation confirmations. The forms step collects values; it does not decide whether a proposed handover has taken effect.
Constraints at the interactive forms step
The form input node is a user interaction node. When it triggers, the conversation enters an interaction state, the workflow state is recorded, and execution waits for the user to complete the interaction. After the user fills in required information and submits, the node collects the submitted form information and passes it to subsequent nodes. The user selection node is also a user interaction node. When it triggers, the conversation enters an interaction state and the workflow state is recorded. When the user makes a selection, the node evaluates that selection and executes the "yes" branch.
Neither node carries a business database function. Field validation, business approval, write-back, and batch operations require external systems or subsequent nodes. The user selection node is not a personnel directory or a permission selector; it executes branches based on the selection made. A form submission passes field values; it does not complete business approval.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample: A brand finance team retains a rebate policy excerpt whose original text reads, "2025 annual quarterly rebate is calculated on the dealer's net remittance for the quarter; return amounts are deducted from the achievement basis; the reconciliation statement may be invoiced and offset only after both parties confirm it." A separate draft handover request sentence under review reads, "Transfer the operating authority for this dealer's rebate calculation for the current quarter to the channel sales role; after transfer, that role submits the reconciliation statement." The sample subjects are the brand finance role and the channel sales role, the object is the dealer's quarterly rebate calculation, the state is proposed transfer and unsigned, and the effective scope is the current quarter. The request does not state an authorizing person, an effective time, or an approval record. It is a matter pending verification.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Value or check for this page | Basis and explanation |
|---|---|---|
| Form input node | Enabled; collects policy version, achievement basis, return amount, reconciliation status | The node collects submitted information and passes it to subsequent nodes |
| Required-field check | Policy version, period, dealer entity, net remittance | If any is missing, the sample cannot be judged |
| User selection node | Branches: "continue calculation" and "return for supplement" | The node executes branches according to the selection |
| Interaction state handling | Record state on trigger and wait for submission | The documentation states execution continues after interaction completes |
| Post-submission action | Pass to subsequent nodes; validation and write-back implemented separately | The node does not carry a business database |
| Hypothetical trial starting point | This sample uses net remittance for the quarter as the comparison baseline | Compared against the policy excerpt basis; not an official default value |
Three common errors
- Treating a pending handover request as an effective authorization. The draft sentence says "proposed transfer," is unsigned, and names no authorizing person. Missing evidence remains missing, and a permission change cannot be executed on that basis. An unsigned termination is not a completed termination; a pending request is not approval.
- Treating the user selection node as a personnel directory or permission selector. The node only executes branches according to the selection. It does not perform identity authentication or authorization determination. Retrieval is not authorization, and a relevance score is not a category, entity, or permission filter.
- Treating form submission as completed business approval. Submission passes field values only. Approval, write-back, and external synchronization require separately connected systems. There is no documented basis for inferring a submission count or automatic judgment from the node.
How to verify the setup
- Input the policy excerpt text above and the draft handover sentence. Compare whether the transfer described in the draft sentence has an authorizing person and an effective time. The condition is satisfied only when material appears containing the same subject, same period, and same field as an authorization record. The current material does not state these, so the result is pending verification. Do not supply invented authorization or effective clauses to obtain a definite answer.
- Input the required-field set and the sample. Compare the missing-field case with the completed case. When a field is missing, the expected behavior is to remain in the interaction state awaiting supplement. After completion and submission, the fields pass to subsequent nodes. This is expected behavior and was not actually tested. A pending request is not approval, and an offered option is not execution.
- Input the user selection branches "continue calculation" and "return for supplement." Compare the node's branch direction. Selecting "return for supplement" executes the corresponding branch and produces no approval or permission change result. If permission verification is needed, compare authorization records separately in an external system and record the gap when they are absent. An empty-reference output can be checked against a downstream design using a clearly stated paper input of an empty list; this does not claim that a fictional rule retrieval necessarily returns an empty list.
The same-model retrieval association requirement applies to knowledge-reference limits and retains its documented conditions. Libraries using different vector models cannot be jointly associated; check identifiers first and exclude non-matching ones, then record actual observations rather than inferring runtime outcomes. Documented optional paths in an overall flow diagram do not mean every request executes them all: image retrieval requires a corresponding image input and model capability, and reranking requires a model and must be enabled according to settings. The thinking budget is a reasoning budget and is not a citation token limit.
