What the documents look like
Cross-border standalone-site payment risk work centres on card-network disputes and receiving accounts, so the material differs from parcel-fulfilment flows that track shipment status. The brief lists the main data sources as Stripe or PayPal back offices, Shopify orders, carrier proof of delivery, and customer-service email. Daily documents include payment chargeback notices, fraudulent-order lists, invoices, and logistics proof of delivery. Update frequency is given as daily and per order; this page states only that cadence and does not infer batch synchronisation, full synchronisation, real-time processing, or transaction-triggered mechanisms.
For the operations-permission and handover task, these materials enter workflow routing in three distinguishable states: the stage of the material itself, who raised the operational request, and whether that request has received authorisation. The Form Input node and the User Selection node are user-interaction nodes. When triggered, the conversation enters an interaction state, the workflow state is recorded, and execution continues after the user completes the interaction. These two nodes collect values and branch choices; they do not perform permission determination.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
The interaction nodes record state, hide the dialogue box, and wait for user submission as documented behaviour. A node can pass the information it collects to later nodes, but order writes, document backfill, and external status synchronisation require a separate business interface or later process; form submission alone does not complete them. Retrieval and relevance scores do not carry permission or entity-isolation duties, and a similarity setting does not exclude unrelated businesses or unauthorised records.
Hypothetical drill sample: a standalone-site risk specialist submits a handover request, and the source material consists of three sentences. Sentence one: "Chargeback notice CB-0312, March 2025, subject order A-1043, status awaiting evidence submission." Sentence two: "Proof of delivery for order A-1043 was issued by the carrier on 18 March 2025; the recipient signature field is blank." Sentence three: "The finance settlement role proposed on 20 March 2025 that this order's evidence package be passed to the next shift." Draft sentence under review: "This chargeback notice has complete evidence and completed handover authorisation."
The sample contains a subject, an object, a status, and a date range, but no signature or approval record. Awaiting evidence submission and a blank signature field are unsupported items; they cannot be read as negation or conflict. The transfer proposal is a request, not an execution result, and not an authorisation.
Configuration and implementation checks
Configuration below is checked against this page's sample and lists only documented settings or implementation check items. Values are hypothetical starting points for this drill, with the reason for selection and the comparison object.
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting point | Reason and comparison method |
|---|---|---|
| Form Input required fields | Notice number, object, status, date | Compare field by field against the three source sentences; record absent fields as gaps |
| User Selection branch | Yes branch connects to the next processing node | Check whether the branch connection points to a downstream node; do not judge authorisation |
| Interaction state record | Enters interaction state when triggered | Compare against the documented interaction behaviour; do not add a global switch |
| Output handover | Collected values passed to later retrieval or judgement nodes | Compare each output field against the input field for consistency |
| External operation division | Order writes and status sync use a separate interface | Check whether an interface description exists; record absence as pending |
| Retrieval scope check | Verify identifiers and exclude non-matching items | Do not perform cross-vector-model joint association; record observations only |
Three common errors
- Treating form submission as completed authorisation. In the sample, the finance settlement role proposes a transfer, which is a request; form collection passes information and produces no approval effect. Check by entering the three source sentences and the draft sentence, comparing whether any signature or approval record exists, and observing that a missing record means the claim is unsupported.
- Reading awaiting evidence submission as complete evidence. The sample status is awaiting evidence submission and the signature field is blank. Check by entering the status field and the signature field, comparing whether a complete-evidence description appears, and observing that absence of that description keeps the gap open.
- Inferring permission isolation from a similarity setting. Retrieval and relevance scores do not carry permission or entity isolation. Check by entering the retrieval configuration description and the sample object, comparing whether any permission-determination statement appears, and observing that absence of such a statement means the inference does not hold.
How to verify the setup
- Verification one: enter the first sample sentence and the draft sentence, compare the status field value, and observe whether "evidence submitted" or an equivalent expression appears. Only a complete-evidence description satisfies the condition; otherwise record the item as unsupported.
- Verification two: enter the second sample sentence, compare the recipient signature field content, and observe whether a recipient name or equivalent identifier appears. Only specific signature information satisfies the condition; a blank field remains a gap.
- Verification three: enter the third sample sentence together with the User Selection branch connection, compare the transfer request against any execution record, and observe whether an independent record of completed handover or effective authorisation appears. A request sentence alone does not satisfy the condition.
Empty-result handover can be checked with the paper input [] against the downstream design, without claiming that a fictional-rule retrieval necessarily returns []. Optional paths shown in the document flowchart do not mean every request executes all of them; image retrieval requires image input and model capability, and reranking requires a model and must be enabled by setting. Fields not stated in the documents remain unknown.
