What the documents look like
For operations handover in Creator sales campaigns, this page examines FastGPT access controls. Compare the material received with the sources used in the answer. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the access controls step
The proposed agreement assigns final content review to Party A. That wording describes responsibility, without establishing who may log in to a creator account or change publishing settings. Identify actual accounts, team members and the agreement or campaign sources needed for handover, then inspect reading and operations individually. Content review, platform-account actions and FastGPT resource permissions are different objects. A test record should identify what each identity actually did on each resource.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Handover action to inspect | Role of agreement wording | Identity and observed result |
|---|---|---|
| Final content review | Brand responsibility is not a platform-login grant | Identify that reviewer’s account and required reading |
| Publication and confirmation | The two clauses may govern different stages | Owner explains the content covered by each |
| Incoming reading | Agreement and livestream material need actual grants | Read the same original with the incoming identity |
| Former-access removal | A signature does not invalidate previous access | Retain denial or persistent reading by the former identity |
| External account operation | Creator-platform login and interface conditions are independent | Infer no publication right from a FastGPT role |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Team roles | Inspect roles for the actual member identity. |
Resource permissions | Inspect reading, editing and management by resource. |
Document classification | Classification and tags do not replace authorization. |
External-system permissions | Verify external-interface authentication separately. |
Per-account validation | Test the same source with authorized and unauthorized accounts. |
Three common errors
- If content-review responsibility becomes creator-login or publishing rights, inspect actual platform identity and FastGPT operations. Business allocation configures no technical grant.
- If creator publication and brand confirmation become a permission conflict, retain their content and stages, checking applicable scope with the owner. Access tests cannot adjudicate business duties.
- If a reviewer name replaces identity-transfer tests, use actual accounts for required new reads and former revocation. Retain denials and persistent reads, testing external authentication separately.
How to verify the setup
Distinguish three acts during handover: receiving an agreement to read, recording content confirmation and operating the external publishing account. These are proposed review tasks, not new software roles. Assigning final review to the brand identifies neither the maintainer of a confirmation record nor a transferred creator-platform login. The responsible owner must supply accounts, sources and permitted operations. Test the same agreement and livestream material with incoming and former identities, retaining reads and denials. If a reading-only transfer without publishing rights remains unconfirmed, keep it unresolved; restating the reviewer cannot make that decision.
