What the documents look like
Multi-warehouse allocation and inventory synchronization sit at the order-routing stage. The routing decision determines which warehouse ships an order. The main data sources are WMS, OMS, ERP inventory and platform inventory interfaces. The daily documents are allocation rules, inventory synchronization tables, transfer orders and stock-out warnings. This page handles only interactive forms during product and marketing copy drafting. The judgment target is whether a proposed sentence is supported by the supplied material.
The Form Input node is a user interaction node. When it triggers, the conversation enters an interaction state, the workflow state is recorded, and execution continues after the user completes the interaction. The node collects the form values the user submits and passes them to later nodes. The User Selection node is also a user interaction node. It enters the interaction state, records the workflow state, and executes the branch matching the user's choice. Neither node carries a business database, an approval step or a write-back capability.
Constraints at the interactive forms step
Allocation and inventory data update daily or hourly. Copy statements about stock and shipping coverage need support from the source wording. A form submission action does not make those statements true. Form Input collects entered values; field validation, business approval, write-back and batch operations require an external system or a later node. User Selection only decides a branch. It does not act as a personnel directory or a business data selector.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample. The material text supplied for checking is: "East China warehouse sellable scope: Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai; the sellable quantity for this batch follows the same-day record in the inventory synchronization table." The proposed sentence to be judged is: "This product has sufficient stock in the East China warehouse and can ship nationwide." The material states only that the East China warehouse covers Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. It does not state a nationwide scope, and it does not give a standard for "sufficient." The proposed sentence is not supported.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Use on this page | How to check |
|---|---|---|
| Form Input node | Collect the proposed sentence, target warehouse and target region | Confirm submitted values pass to later nodes |
| Required field list | List the proposed-sentence and scope fields this task cannot omit | Observe a missing entry and a completed entry separately |
| User Selection node | Branch the proposed sentence into adopt or return | Confirm the branch runs according to the choice |
| Interaction state | Wait for the user to complete the interaction after triggering | Confirm execution continues after completion |
| Downstream division of labour | Validation, approval and write-back are implemented by an external system | Confirm the node does not perform that action |
The table sets no default values. Hypothetical trial starting point: make "target region" a required field, because the material text limits sellable scope by region. Compare this against a submission where the field is not required, and observe whether a missing entry can still be submitted.
Three common errors
- Writing a nationwide scope from material that covers only the East China warehouse. Input the material text and the proposed sentence, compare the region field, and the sentence is not supported when the material does not state a nationwide scope.
- Treating a form submission as a completed business approval. Input one submission record, compare whether an approval action exists, and values passing to later nodes do not constitute approval.
- Treating the User Selection node as a personnel directory or permission filter. Input one selection, compare the branch that executes, and the node only decides a branch without verifying identity or permission.
How to verify the setup
- Input the hypothetical sample's material text and the proposed sentence "This product has sufficient stock in the East China warehouse and can ship nationwide." Compare the region and quantity fields. When the material does not state a nationwide scope and gives no standard for "sufficient," the judgment is not supported.
- Input a submission missing "target region" and a completed submission. Compare whether each can be submitted. A completed value passing to later nodes satisfies the condition; the behaviour of the missing entry depends on actual observation.
- Input one user selection and compare the chosen branch with the branch that actually executes. A branch running according to the choice satisfies the condition. Identity verification and permission decisions fall outside this node and require a separate system.
Retrieval checks record observations and failure branches only. They do not guarantee a first-hit result or that an unrelated query returns empty. An empty result can be checked against the downstream design using the explicit paper input []. Libraries built on different vector models cannot be associated together; check the identifier first and exclude those that do not match.
