What the documents look like
For document comparison in Import and export permits, this page examines FastGPT access controls. Scope permit comparisons by applicant and item; contract management grants no licensing authority. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the access controls step
Suppose import-permit material records application receipt, an item classification is pending, and an accessible contract has product notes for another model. Inspect permissions and document subjects separately. Permit categories grant no access to all applicants. Receipt proves no issued permit; contract management grants no regulatory authority. This invented exercise contains no actual permit number, control classification or import/export action.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Permit-comparison rights | Hypothetical file | Inspection |
|---|---|---|
| Application | Receipt only | No issued-permit claim |
| Item | Classification pending | No control finding |
| Notes | Other model | Match contract subject |
| Resource | Different applicants | Tags provide no isolation |
| Operation | Document read/edit/manage | No regulatory authority |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Team roles | Inspect roles for the actual member identity. |
Resource permissions | Inspect reading, editing and management by resource. |
Document classification | Classification and tags do not replace authorization. |
External-system permissions | Verify external-interface authentication separately. |
Per-account validation | Test the same source with authorized and unauthorized accounts. |
Three common errors
- If contract access exposes another applicant’s product notes, inspect resource grants and actual member roles. Shared category names prove no isolation.
- If editing an application note becomes power to issue a permit, inspect application state and formal issuance records. Document rights create no administrative finding.
- If another model’s notes determine the contracted item, compare contract subject, model and classification evidence. Missing matching material stays unresolved.
How to verify the setup
Specify read, edit and management scope for contracts, applications, permits and product notes. Test fixed files and citations with authorized and unauthorized identities. Responsible staff must review applicable licensing rules separately; this page classifies no controlled item. External submission, signatures and customs operations require separate authority. Access results describe only the tested reading scope.
