What the documents look like
For operating reviews in Franchise fee settlement, this page examines FastGPT HTTP integrations. Separate third-party payer, description corrections and proposed refund recipient without approving funds handling. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the HTTP integrations step
This exercise invents a franchise agreement for one entity, a note that a store pays on its behalf, a headquarters correction changing a charge description only, and a refund request naming another recipient without authority evidence. Review contract, payment relationship and correction scope under the real HTTP contract. A shared brand cannot merge entities. Renaming a charge establishes no reduction or money movement, and naming a recipient grants no approval. No actual amount, account or refund entitlement is supplied.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Franchise-party HTTP review | Invented source | Separate check |
|---|---|---|
| Contract entity | Franchise business | No payer substitution |
| Payment note | Store pays for entity | Inspect relationship |
| Correction | Description only | No waiver/refund |
| Refund request | Other recipient without authority | No approval inference |
| Accounting | Funds evidence absent | Separate business review |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Request address and method | The request address and method follow the external contract. |
Params and Headers | Inspect parameters, headers and authentication separately. |
| Body | Where a JSON body is used, validate its structure against the external contract. |
Variable references | Variables can come from global, system or upstream outputs. |
Debug identity fields | Test mode lacks chatId and responseChatItemId. |
Three common errors
- If the paying store becomes the contracting party, compare signatory entity, payment note and relationship evidence. Paying changes no contract identity automatically.
- If a description correction becomes a waived or refunded charge, inspect the correction’s scope and accounting evidence. Text classification supplies no fund outcome.
- If a proposed recipient becomes an approved refund beneficiary, inspect authority, approval and execution evidence. A requested recipient grants no disposal power.
How to verify the setup
Retain redacted requests and raw text, locating contracting party, payer and proposed recipient separately. Inspect actual response coverage without invented finance fields. Added payment mapping explains relationships alone, while a complete correction changes only its stated description. Fund state still needs evidence. Inspect authentication separately from fund authority. Actual refunds, charge adjustments and accounting writes require authorized procedures and receipts. HTTP reading decides no contract validity, entitlement or debt from these invented records.
