What the documents look like
Parcel labels and handoffs sit at the point where a parcel leaves the warehouse. The responsibility core is the carrier scan. Operating reports and exception reviews in this category work with four material types: electronic waybills, handoff lists, pickup scan records, and exception parcel registrations. Data sources named in the brief include the courier system, WMS shipment records, GB/T courier service standards, and carrier bills. Errors here carry consequences such as false shipment, lost-parcel disputes, and platform shipping timeout. Data updates per batch and per day.
For conversation logs and audit, these facts matter in a specific way. A session record in a log must line up with those business materials by the same batch date and waybill range before it can enter a review. The presence of a log only shows that the system retained a conversation. It does not show that pickup scans, handoff lists, or exception registrations were aligned with that conversation. The object of audit checking is the record. Business actions still need downstream systems to carry them out.
A further constraint is identity. Sessions are scoped by chatId, and a single conversation inside a session is scoped by dataId. Mixing sessions from different entry points into one count produces a figure that no single handoff list supports. When the conversation interface's run detail is needed, detail is set according to the official contract and responseData is inspected. Fields that the interface did not return cannot be treated as fully retained business data. Test-mode identity fields can differ from production calls, so input, history, and returned content are checked separately.
Constraints at the conversation logs step
The conversation identity constraint means the target conversation is checked against business records through chatId, and sessions from different entry points are not pooled. The run-detail constraint means that when run detail is required, detail is set per the official contract and responseData is examined. The field-meaning constraint means the log is compared against the fields the interface actually returns; business data that was not returned is not presumed fully retained. The debug-versus-production constraint means identity fields may differ between test mode and formal calls, so input, history, and returned content are each checked. The audit-division constraint means reconciliation, retention, and compliance requirements are carried out by a full business plan; a log's existence does not equal a completed compliance audit.
Hypothetical drill sample: a warehouse shipping group processes a batch of 40 parcels on 10 June 2025. The handoff list text reads "2025-06-10 shipment handoff, carrier A, 40 parcels, waybills printed, awaiting pickup scan." The same-day exception registration text reads "2025-06-10 item 17, outer packaging damaged, pending verification." The proposed draft sentence is "This batch has completed pickup handoff and the exception parcel has been fully handled." The draft sentence matches the two source texts on date and batch, but the source texts show only awaiting pickup scan and pending verification.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Documented setting or implementation check | Hypothetical trial starting point and comparison method |
|---|---|---|
| Conversation identity | chatId identifies a session under one application; dataId identifies one conversation under a session | Select the chatId matching the sample batch date 2025-06-10 and compare it with the handoff list date |
| Run detail | detail decides whether intermediate values are returned; in non-stream mode results are stored in responseData | Set detail=true, check whether responseData contains node status, and compare against the draft sentence's conclusion |
| Session list | source=api retrieves sessions created through the API | Check whether the sample session appears in the list and compare with the manual record |
| Conversation records | loadCustomFeedbacks is optional and reads custom feedback | Set it to true, check whether records contain feedback fields, and compare with the source text status |
| Session title | customTitle is a custom session name | Name it "2025-06-10 shipment handoff" and compare with the handoff list batch |
| Retrieval association | Only libraries on the same vector model can be associated together; cross-model association is not possible | Check the library identifier, exclude libraries on a different model, and record the actual observation |
Three common errors
- Treating the existence of a log as a completed pickup handoff. The input is the sample log and the handoff list; the comparison is their status fields; the observable result is that the log has a session record while the list still reads awaiting pickup scan, so the draft sentence's "completed pickup handoff" is unsupported.
- Treating a pending-verification exception parcel as fully handled. The input is the exception registration source text; the comparison is "pending verification" against the draft sentence's "fully handled"; the observable result is a status mismatch, so the draft sentence is unsupported.
- Merging sessions under different chatIds into one count. The input is the session lists of two different chatIds; the comparison is their dates and batches; the observable result is that the batches differ, and the merged figure does not match the 40-parcel scope of the handoff list.
How to verify the setup
- Input the sample handoff list source text and the draft sentence. Compare "awaiting pickup scan" against "completed pickup handoff." The observable result is that the two statuses differ, the draft sentence is unsupported, and the gap is recorded as pending verification.
- Input the sample exception registration source text and the draft sentence. Compare "pending verification" against "fully handled." The observable result is that the two statuses differ and the draft sentence is unsupported.
- Input the sample chatId session record and the handoff list. Compare date and batch scope. The observable result is that the correspondence holds when the date matches and the batch is 40 parcels; otherwise the gap is recorded.
Retrieval similarity and relevance do not serve as permission or entity isolation. The same-vector-model requirement for retrieval libraries does not extend to requiring the same model for business websites or other external systems. No system error or automatic business action is asserted where the source text does not describe one. Node behavior already present, actually configurable fields, manual checking actions, and business actions that need separate system implementation are kept distinct.
