What the documents look like
Presale group-buy collection takes orders first and organizes procurement and fulfillment afterward. The operating documents for this category are the presale product table, the collection result, the procurement plan and the cut-off notice. These documents support operating reporting and exception review by giving reviewers a place to trace a disputed procurement quantity, a sorting wave arrangement or a stockout refund back to a specific conversation and run record. The public brief lists daily and per-session update frequencies, and that rhythm describes how often the source material is refreshed. It does not establish batch synchronization, full synchronization, real-time processing or transaction-triggered behavior.
For conversation logs and auditing, the relevant identifiers are the application, the conversation and the individual exchange. The chat interface identifies a conversation under one application with chatId, and identifies an exchange under a conversation with dataId. When chatId is a non-empty string, the system reads the conversation from the database and uses the last item in the messages array as the user question, ignoring the other messages. The caller must keep chatId unique and shorter than 250 characters. When chatId is not passed, the context feature is not used and context is built entirely from the supplied messages. A supplied responseChatItemId becomes the ID of the response message stored in the database and must be unique under the current chatId. These identifiers let an operating reviewer tie a procurement dispute to the right conversation rather than to a page session.
Constraints at the conversation logs step
Run details require the documented setting. With detail=true, intermediate values are returned in responseData; in stream mode they are distinguished through event. The model and temperature fields passed in a request have no effect because orchestration decides them. The interface does not return the actual consumed Token value; a caller can set detail=true and manually calculate the tokens value inside responseData. Log existence is not the same as completed compliance auditing. Reconciliation, retention and compliance requirements are carried out by the complete business solution.
A hypothetical paper exercise sample is used below. The source material reads: "Cut-off notice: cut-off at 22:00 on 10 March 2026; the presale product table plans 800 units of category A leafy greens; the collection result records an actual group of 760 units; the procurement plan places the order at 760 units." The draft sentence under review is: "This session completed procurement at 800 units, and stockout refunds are borne by the supplier." The review subject is the same session, the same product category A leafy greens, and the same procurement quantity field, with a date scope of the 10 March 2026 cut-off session. The authorization boundary is handover material review for operations; no approval or execution is involved.
Under this sample, the procurement plan and the collection result both state 760 units on the same field. The draft sentence asserts 800 units on that same field. Two explicit, mutually exclusive values on one field for the same subject and period form a contradiction, and the draft sentence is not supported by the source material.
Configuration and implementation checks
The table below lists documented settings or implementation checks relevant to this page and its sample. The hypothetical starting value is only for this paper review and is not an official default.
| Item | Setting or check | Relation to the sample |
|---|---|---|
appId | Passed in the request body or associated with the key | Identifies the application that owns the conversation |
chatId | Non-empty string, shorter than 250 characters, kept unique | Locks the 10 March 2026 cut-off session |
responseChatItemId | Unique under the current chatId | Marks the response message for this session |
detail | Set to true to obtain intermediate values | Returns responseData for review |
dataId | ID of one exchange under a conversation | Locates the procurement record under review |
source | source=api in the conversation list query | Separates API-created conversations from page conversations |
Three common errors
- Mixing conversations from different entry points. The error appears when a page conversation's
chatIdis used to review a collection result created through the API. Check: input twochatIdvalues of different origin, compare theirappIdandsource, and observe whether they point to the same application and the same source. Conversations of different origin are not combined in one calculation. - Treating log existence as completed compliance auditing. The error appears when the presence of a
dataIdalone is taken to mean reconciliation and retention are in place. Check: input the cut-off notice and the collection result from the sample, compare whether the procurement quantity field agrees, and observe whether any business data was not returned. A field that was not returned cannot be assumed to have been retained in full. - Treating retrieval or a form as authorization execution. The error appears when receiving an interactive node configuration is taken to mean the user's choice has taken effect. Check: input the
data.interactivefromevent=interactive, compare itstypeandparams, and observe whether only display configuration is returned. Internal runtime fields such asentryNodeIds,memoryEdges, nodeOutputsandnodeResponseIdare not returned. A pending review does not demonstrate the absence of operating permission.
How to verify the setup
- For the sample draft sentence "This session completed procurement at 800 units", input the 760 units from the collection result and the 760 units from the procurement plan. Compare the procurement quantity field for the same session, the same product and the same field. Observe that when both locations state 760 units, the draft sentence is not supported. The values 800 and 760 are mutually exclusive on the same field and form a contradiction.
- For the date scope of the sample cut-off notice, input the
chatIdanddataId. Compare theupdateTimereturned by the conversation list with the cut-off date, and observe whether it falls in the 10 March 2026 session. When the date does not match, record the result as pending verification rather than as a negative finding. - For the authorization boundary, input the operations handover material and the request under review. Compare whether the operation named in the request is in an approved state, and observe whether a signature, approval or effective record exists. A quotation validity period does not indicate a supply period. Signing, reaching cooperation and contract effectiveness are three distinct facts, and when they are missing the evidence gap remains open.
Across these checks, a relevance score is not a category, entity or permission filter, and retrieval does not perform authorization. The same-model retrieval association requirement applies to the retrieval library itself and does not extend to business registration sites or other external systems. Where the source material does not state an error code or an observed result, the comparison and the remaining unknown are recorded without asserting a deterministic failure cause.
