What the documents look like
Livestream after-sales refund requests tend to arrive in concentrated bursts after a single live session ends, and they are tightly coupled to what the host promised on air. The daily working materials for this category are the livestream order list, refund requests, reshipment orders, and script templates. These materials come from Douyin Shop after-sales, customer service IM, warehouse WMS, and logistics tracking.
The update cadence for this material is after each session and daily. That cadence does not change the routing function described on this page; it only affects the handover timing. The operational reality that matters here is the burst pattern: a refund wave can arrive before the previous session's reshipment queue has cleared, so an operations handover must state which materials, actions, and requests carry which authorization status at the moment of transfer.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
The form input node is a user interaction node. When it triggers, the conversation enters an interaction state, the workflow state is recorded, and after the user fills in the required information and submits, the node collects the submitted form information and passes it to subsequent nodes. The user selection node is also a user interaction node; when the user makes a choice, the node evaluates that choice and executes the corresponding branch, so branch connections must be verified one by one.
The interaction state and its state recording are behaviors of the interaction nodes. There is no separate global state-recording switch to configure. Information collected by a form must be explicitly passed to later retrieval, judgment, or interface nodes, and the output must be compared item by item against the input of those downstream nodes. Order writes, document backfill, and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or a later process; retrieval and forms do not themselves constitute authorization.
Hypothetical drill sample, clearly labelled as a paper exercise: the handover material reads, "Reshipment order BF-0715, linked order A-8842, applicant: after-sales supervisor role, status is pending review, authorization scope: verify logistics tracking only, valid: 15 July 2025 to 20 July 2025." A draft sentence under review reads, "This reshipment order has been approved and can be arranged directly." Here pending review is not approval, and the draft sentence exceeds the stated authorization scope.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Type | Description and comparison method |
|---|---|---|
| Form input node | Existing node behavior | Enters interaction state on trigger, collects required information, passes it to later nodes after submission |
| User selection node | Existing node behavior | Executes the corresponding branch after the user chooses; verify branch connections one by one |
| Interaction state recording | Existing node behavior | Recorded by the interaction node; no separate global switch is set |
| Output handoff | Manual comparison action | Compare form output item by item against the input of later retrieval, judgment, or interface nodes |
| Order write and status sync | Requires separate system implementation | Completed by a business interface or later process; the form does not perform writes |
| Hypothetical starting value for this exercise | Hypothetical starting point | A 5-day validity is assumed because the handover window is estimated by session cycle, then compared against the start and end dates in the material text |
Three common errors
- Treating a pending-review status as an approval. In the sample, reshipment order BF-0715 has status pending review, while the draft sentence says it has been approved. This converts a pending request into an approval conclusion.
- Treating form collection as authorized execution. The form input node collects information and passes it to later nodes; order writes and external synchronization require a separate system implementation, and the collection action produces no operating authority.
- Treating retrieval or a similarity score as a permission or entity filter. Retrieval does not carry authorization, a similarity setting does not exclude unrelated business or unauthorized records, and libraries built on different vector models cannot be associated together.
How to verify the setup
- Input the sample material text and the draft sentence "This reshipment order has been approved and can be arranged directly." Compare the draft sentence against the status field in the source: the source says pending review, the draft says approved, and the two values are mutually exclusive for the same field. The observed result is that the draft sentence is unsupported, and the evidence gap should be recorded.
- Input the sample authorization scope "verify logistics tracking only" together with a request to arrange a reshipment. Compare the requested action against the authorization scope field. The observed result is that arranging the reshipment falls outside the authorization scope and requires separate authorization; form submission cannot be used to infer it.
- Input a paper empty result [] together with the downstream node design. Compare how the downstream node handles an empty input, and observe whether it processes the input as explicitly given. Do not claim that a fictional rule-based retrieval necessarily returns an empty result.
These checks test the named primary task on this page: routing an operations handover so that the authorization status of each material, action, and request is compared against its source wording, and so that form collection and retrieval are not mistaken for authorization to execute.
